Home Watch Florida (Homewatch FLA) is designed to give you peace of mind by providing home watch and concierge services to private and vacation home owners in Southwest Florida area.  By providing regular inspections of your home, you will be aware of any issues when it arises.  We will work with you to ensure your property keeps running smoothly when you are not in town.  If we identify a problem, or potential for a problem during a regularly scheduled visit to your property, we will contact you to discuss a resolution right away to ensure your peace of mind.

Home Watch Services:  

• Homewatch FLA completes a customized inspection during every visit.  We inspect for leaks, insect/pest infestations, mold and other potential issues that can cause extensive damage.  An extensive list of services are available upon request.  Once you have reviewed the list and something isn't on the list, just ask for it and we can review it to determine if it is possible to add.

• Our electronic account system provides real time reporting with inspection photos if applicable including an archived reporting system.

• Our services and software provides the highest level of confidentiality to maintain your privacy.

Concierge Services:

• Homewatch FLA offers a concierge package with a customizable list of activities that can be completed for an additional charge. Some of these activities include package delivery, car jump starts along with car battery maintenance and tire pressure control, replacement of smoke detector batteries and purchasing of consumer goods. We maintain the highest level of confidentiality to ensure our clients privacy.
